• Item(s) in your order may be on backorder in the next 72 hours
• Item(s) in your order may be out of stock due to high demand
• Shipping address is incomplete that can not be shipped
• A payment issue may have occurred while placing the order

How do I return my product(s)?
Our strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Return Order Condition: All the returned or exchanged items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returned items in an unacceptable condition could not be refunded.

WHAT IS OUR RESENT POLICY WORKING?
If you are with one of the following conditions, after we confirm, we will resent you a new package.
1.SIZE PROBLEM
- You only need to pay $15 for shipping (if the jersey is customized, an additional customization fee will apply), and we will resend a jersey in your desired size.
- You will need to pay 50% of the original product price, and we will resend a product in your desired size.
2. DELAY SHIPMENT
1) If the declared shipment time is less than 30 days or equal to 30 days, and it has been more than 30 days since you could track the package online, please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free.(For developed countries)
2) If the declared shipment time is more than 30 days, and it has been more than 60 days since you could track the package online, please contact us, and then we will resend you the package at once for free. (For developing countries)
3. CUSTOMS HOLD OR LOST
If the package is getting lost or seized by the customs. please provide us proof about that, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirm, and make sure you get it.

Where I can see the “declared shipment time”?
When you are on the checkout page, then choose the shipping method, you can see the declared shipment time that follows the shipping method. Free shipping and DHL/FedEx have different declared shipment time.
What is the minimum order quantity ?
You don’t have to worry about MOQ limits. We welcome your online orders no matter how much they are! If you’re interested in ordering more than 10K USD or 200 pieces per style/color/size, please contact one of our managers directly

3.About loyalty discount or rewards scheme |
Yes, we supply loyalty discount, we will calculate your monthly order volume. (without the shipping cost, tax and VAT). Once more than 2500USD, all the order which you place in the next month will have get 5% discount at least.but if your order is more than $1000, you only get 5% discount but not 5+5=10 %, of course , if your order is more than $2500 , you got 8% discount), and more than 5000USD, get 10% discount at least. |
